There are condos to fit every budget from the simple
one bedroom with an ocean view to four bedroom villas with a domestic
staff. If you shop around you can find a condo in the Hotel Zone
renting for less than the cost of a hotel room. Standard features
at most Condos include furnished kitchens, dining rooms, living
rooms. The number of bedrooms will vary. Depending on the location
there may or may not be a beach but most will have a pool and garden,
parking lots and security staff. The safest way to rent a condo is through a recommendation from friends who have been there or through a reputable rental agency. If you are renting the place sight unseen, ask for some kind of brochure with pictures, references and a contract clearing outlining the terms before sending any deposit money or signing anything. Remember, appearances, particularly over the Internet, can be deceiving. |

are traveling with a large group or family and would like the privacy
of a home with the amenities of a hotel, renting a condo may be
the perfect choice for you. 
More luxurious condos will offer a wait staff of cooks, maids, chauffeurs,
and groundskeepers along with, tennis courts, small gymnasiums and
party rooms. Special services for weddings, shows, parties, business
meetings or retreats can also be arranged ahead of time. Some condos
have also made arrangements with travel agencies, car or boat rentals
and tour guides offering special discounts.
